Snakie

I couldn’t help myself when I came across Paula Deen’s idea. It is great for Halloween, but young pirates and explorers may enjoy snake-snaking all year around. 🙂
To lighten the recipe up I substituted all meats for cheese with fresh spinach (washed and dried) and bell peppers. Next time I will try chopped nuts with sugar.
